The 5 STORIED I.T. BUILDING, upcoming in I.T. PARK MOHALI, has been planned as sustainable building adopting green technologies & strategies. The design approach emanates from three guiding principal woven together seamlessly to create a highly functional, flexible and resilient building sustainability, streamlined operations and user’s experience. The Building also integrates several biophilic elements, like plants and natural light, safe and enclosed outdoor spaces. Thoughtfully designed green courts & open spaces, vertical green façade has been conceived. Apart from structural components, flexible spaces has been planned to adopt & accommodate work space requirements.The SOUTH-WEST FRONT faced is conceived as agglomeration of elements interspersed with pockets of vertical green-spaces. The Design of the Building intends to achieve a bounded form with interlocking volumes on the façade.
