FRANCISTOWN ACADMIC HOSPITAL ( AN OVERSEAS ENTERPRISE OF INDUS INTERNATIONAL HOSPITAL), located in BOTSWANA, SOUTH AFRICA is a 18,000.00 Sq.mt., 150 BED, muti-specialty Hospital, with seprate access to various departments i.e. O.P.D, CASUALTY, RADIOLOGY, MHC etc. This helps in keeping the departments separates and thus maintaining the sterility of Hospital floor function. Adhering to the strategy of “ adjusting measures to local conditions & skillfully borrowing from others”, the overall planning is arranged along the width of the land, and the medical units are arranged in turn from NW to SE. The key functions of the Hospital are thus arranged in a compact way, with almost centrally allocated circulation services, connected to a linear corridor that ensures rapid movement across various departments.
