An aura of grandeur, luxury & sophistication are well expressed by the typical Lutyen style elements. The façade inspired by the British era embraces a signature identity. The huge mass of the building has been broken into smaller modules/fragments to create dynamism and yet compiled as a whole. Large glazing’s and French windows facilitate in breaking the monotony & bringing in ample natural light. This 4 kanal property gives a warm welcome with wide front lawn against the driveway that leads to front open verandah. The spatial organization follows the standard pattern of Entrance Foyer, main public zones being located on the ground floor and the elderly parent’s room and a guest bed room. The more private spaces like the Son’s & Daughter’s bed rooms are located on the first floor. The interior palete follows the same clean lines approach that is neither contemporary nor classical, wherein the richness of wood has been celebrated. An interesting element of the house is subtle usage of materials & textures that blend seamlessly with the overall color palette, lighting etc.
